Not quite sure what type of wall art to choose? This page will walk you through the different options and explain my entire printing, purchasing and production process. As always, please contact me directly if you have specific questions.

PRINT OPTIONS

I currently offer different print mediums: metal, and and luster paper art pieces. Art pieces are available in a multitude of sizes. To fully appreciate the detail in these shots, it is best to see them big. Hence, large metal art pieces are quite popular as they do a great job of bringing you into a scene.

My metal pieces come ready to hang. Thus, you do not have to spend extra money to purchase a frame for these fine art prints. The metal pieces sit or ‘float’ off the wall, creating a 3D like appearance. No hanging system is visible and the ‘floating effect’ is very popular within the industry.

Metal Fine Art Pieces

My most popular wall art option! High gloss metal art pieces provide eye catching color and saturation, are sleek and lightweight, and are a great product for dramatic scenes that shine with color. They are printed on HD aluminum panels and can be easily cleaned. They are waterproof and scratch resistant as well. Metal art pieces come with a float mount, creating a beautiful drop shadow effect – almost 3D quality, and comes ready to hang.

Metal art pieces go through a 3 layer printing process to give them that incredible pop. First, a layer of white is coated onto the metal. The Images are then infused into the specially coated aluminum panel, followed by a UV protectant gloss sealant to protect the image. This high gloss infused metal art piece brings your image to life, due to its impressive pop and saturation. Note, increased pop and gloss can lead to a slight glare when viewed under strong light, but these are tradeoffs you often encounter with this style of printing. Typically, to have lower reflectivity you would have more muted colors and a loss in vibrance.

The combination of eye catching colors and surface durability make this unique printing process one of the most popular on the market.

Luster Photo Paper Fine Art Pieces

Your final option, a photo paper fine art piece. Images are printed on luster paper.

Luster paper have a finely textured surface that lessens the glare of glossy prints. Direct light sources will still produce a sheen on the print surface, but not nearly as much as with glossy. Luster papers offer great color vibrancy and details, and are considered excellent multi-use papers as is the most budget friendly.

These are loose prints so you would need to mat and frame it (as opposed to the other options which arrive ready to hang). This gives you the benefit of working with your local frame shop to customize the print to your liking. Given these prints are not mounted, proper care is necessary to avoid any damage to the print. Framing can be costly, which is a benefit to choosing metal art pieces, which arrive ready to hang (no frame required).

Still not sure which print to choose?

It can be a tough decision! I would never offer an art piece that I wouldn’t hang on my own wall or something that I didn’t think would match your asthetic. As you are making your decision, it is also important to consider the lighting environment where your artwork will be displayed. Lastly make sure to never place your art on a wall that receives direct sunlight. Even with the UV protection, sunlight contains infrared radiation which can damage and fade your art piece.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for production and delivery on metal pieces, and 2-3 weeks for production and delivery for photo paper pieces.
