Our mission is to help you believe in yourself, conquer yourself, and feel free to be confident in yourself! Through our Mountain Performance Training Program, we will help you overcome your own physical and mental roadblocks that are getting in the way of feeling confident and strong in your abilities to succeed! This program is goal oriented, breaking down fears, anxieties, doubts, and shifting belief systems to better all aspects of your life to make sure you are both physically and mentally prepared to conquer any challenge you want to achieve!

- ALL Level Mountain Athletics (mountaineering, trail running, skiing, climbing, mountain biking, etc.)

About Our Mountain Performance Program:
This is our premium full service, one-on-one mountain training and coaching program. We offer a well rounded approach to mountain training including fitness, nutrition, goal setting and mindset. We focus on your individual goals, mental strength and stamina, as well as accountability and motivation to help you build confidence in your abilities!
You will receive:
- One 60-minute coaching session (via zoom or call) per month to discuss mental skills, performance and progress
- Personalized daily training plan built for YOUR goals
- Mountain Trainer App access
- Customized training log with weekly feedback
- Unlimited training plan revisions
- Nutritional guidance and nutritional log with weekly feedback
- Monthly assessments to measure HR zoning, fueling, and pacing
- Assistance in goal setting
- Mindset and Mindfulness practice
- M-F text contact for check ins, motivation, and to answer questions

- Planning assistance in expedition logistics (if applicable)

Monthly Performance Mindset Sessions
Each month you will have a scheduled 60-minute session to discuss your physical progress, nutritional progress as well as improve your mindset and mental skills. We will focus on YOUR goals and determine what practices work best for YOU and help you break down those goals into realistic and doable pieces. We will analyze any fears, doubts, and anxieties that come up, identify triggers, and work to erase and replace negative mindset with positive belief systems to build confidence in your ability to succeed. Climbing that mountain is “all mental”. We will give you all the tools you need to help you feel confident in your abilities on the mountain. This will increase your mental stamina, prevent burnout, and keep you moving as efficiently as possible!
Effective Performance Training
We build your training plan to fit YOUR goals! Everyone has different aspirations and requires a different level of training so the same logic should be applied to a training plan! Your plan will fit your needs and your schedule. A tracking log will be used to track progress and will be utilized in making plan adjustments as you progress.
Much like your training plan, you will have a nutritional tracker used to track your calories and macronutrients as you build sustainable healthy eating habits for life! I will also teach you how to eat strategically for optimal energy during your mountain adventures. I will help you calculate what your body needs and you will have access to a variety of nutritional resources to help you and of course, my guidance in answering any questions you have as you go through this journey.
You will have access to a wide variety of goal setting, stress management and mindset resources to help you in your journey! Each week there will be assignments to put some of these into practice as we discover what you need to accomplish your goals. Ultimately, my job as a coach is to encourage you, hold you accountable to your goals, and motivate you to stay on track. Outside our weekly sessions, you will have access to me via text during my business hours (11-7pm MST) to answer any questions you have as you implement and put into practice your mindset exercises. I will check in multiple times a week to ensure you are staying on track, and you will be able to log your progress on a shared tracking sheet via google drive so I can make notes.
16 Weeks of Progress:
Most of what we struggle with in life is NOT an overnight fix. Many of us have had these bad habits or negative thoughts or beliefs almost our entire lives! However, if you DO the work, you will see positive changes in as short as 30-days. We are building new, positive neuro-pathways in the brain to replace the negative thoughts and habits. THIS TAKES TIME. Frustrations are NORMAL, and they will come up. Have faith, and keep working at it and you WILL succeed!
At the end of the 16 weeks you will be on your way to a better version of yourself! If you wish to continue the program at that point, we will discuss a continuation and build on bigger better goals!
